Utopia Real Estate La Jolla
Utopia Management & Real Estate has been serving Southern California counties since 1994 and at the beginning of 2016 they saw the need to have a presence in the village of La Jolla.
Jessica Donigan of The Donigan Group spearheaded the renovation of the office space at 1113 Wall St. The renovation included an expansive remodel updating the space to have a modern feel while keeping original historical details including the restoration of an original brick wall, hard wood floors, crown molding and the installation of a living wall featuring a dozen different kinds of moss sourced from the Pacific Northwest.
The Grand Opening on November 10 was attended by Utopia and The Donigan Group business associates, clients and La Jolla locals. The La Jolla Chamber of Commerce was on hand to perform the ribbon cutting ceremony. The evening concluded with a raffle prize of gift cards to George’s at the Cove and Burger Lounge.
Utopia Management is the largest management company in San Diego for single family units.
Jessica has been licensed since 2000 and she has been featured twice on the HGTV hit television program “House Hunters”. Jessica’s husband and business partner Ryan Donigan is the director of Utopia’s Real Estate division and has been with Utopia’s Kearny Mesa office since 2008.  Both have been living and working in the close knit community of La Jolla over the last 20 years.
