Serving All of Brentwood

Brentwood, a prosperous neighborhood in the 90049 zip code area of Los Angeles, boasts one of the lowest population densities in the city. Free from the overcrowding found elsewhere in the city, Brentwood’s cultured and wealthy residents enjoy the artistic pleasures found in at the Getty Center, while also finding joy in the old-fashioned local traditions of their hometown; like the Maypole erected annually on the lawn of the Archer School for Girls. From the plentiful single-family homes of northern Brentwood to the apartments that dot its lower regions, this delightful community is a sound choice for property investment.

If you own residential or commercial rental properties in Brentwood, Utopia Property Management can help you protect your investment. We have been serving Southern California for over twenty years and have the experience and market-specific knowledge that you need to make your property a financial success. We offer each of the following five essential services to our valued clients to ensure that you, and your tenants, are well cared for.

Marketing and Advertising: Using a marketing strategy that blends a broad online presence with more traditional advertising methods, such as property signage and referrals, we can typically find qualified tenants to fill vacancies in about thirty days.

Tenant Screening: Our goal is to find you reliable tenants who will pay their rent in a timely manner and represent a very low risk of eviction. With a thorough course of background and credit checks, as well as searches into each applicant’s previous rental history, employment status, and identity, we do all that we can to weed out any problems before a contract is signed.

Managing and Consulting: In addition to handling the daily grind of management tasks, such as collecting rents and taking care of move-in/move-out reports, the Utopia Property Management team who handles your Brentwood property can offer you a detailed knowledge of the area, including a firm understanding of the local housing market and market trends.

Maintenance and Repairs: One of the biggest headaches a property owner can face is the constant demand on your time and money to complete routine maintenance and emergency repairs. At Utopia Property Management, we have longstanding relationships with many third-party vendors and can find the perfect contractor for any job. Additionally, our own general contractor’s license (#792427) allows us to complete much of the work in-house.

Accounting: We know that you want to keep a close eye on your financial investment, so our team of professional accountants will provide you with detailed monthly statements. You can login through your Utopia web portal from anywhere in the world and view a confidential monthly report of all financial transactions relating to your property.
