Ryan Donigan
In 2004 he started his Real Estate and Lending career and has never looked back. From 2005-2008 Ryan was promoted from an account executive to District Manager at Wachovia Mortgage where he learned the “in’s and out’s” of the lending business which to this day helps his selling clients make informed decisions regarding purchase offers. 2008 was the middle of many banking woes, shut-downs and uncertainties that lead to the best career decision of his life – joining the Utopia Real Estate team (also known as Utopia Management) where he has focused exclusively on Real Estate sales. Starting in 2010 Ryan was promoted to overseeing the Real Estate department for Utopia, specifically taking care of our property management clients and setting up a top notch real estate team.
