Los Angeles Retail Property Management News – The Webster Is Coming TO LA
In the latest local business news one thing that Los Angeles Retail Property Management professionals are talking about is about The Webster’s plans for opening a new location in the Los Angeles area.
The company is planning on opening a new 11,000 square foot location at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles sometime in 2020 after that location undergoes a $500 million renovation by Taubman Centers, Inc.
About the Webster
Founded in 2009, The Webster is a well-known multi-brand boutique, headquartered in a 1939 art deco building which was designed by Henry Hohauser.
Since their opening, The Webster has expanded quickly and the company now has several locations throughout the United States including Bal Harbour, Houston, Manhattan and Costa Mesa CA.
In less than 10 years the Webster has quickly established itself as a prominent luxury brand thanks to the vision of Laure Heriard Dubreuil, owner, and buyer for the company.
Unlike some fashion brands that only cater to women, The Webster works with over 200 designers from around the world and has clothing that’s been specifically designed for both men and women.
What Does the Webster Mean for Los Angeles Retail?
2020 is still almost two years away but when The Webster opens their new store in Los Angeles we can expect to see more shops, stores, and restaurants opening in the same complex because the $500 million Taubman Centers renovation is sure to bring more companies to the Los Angeles area who want to be in the same location as The Webster.
