I had a problem with my air-condition.Ashley got me new one. I like her cause she is very kind and professional.When ever I need something to be fixed she takes action. The maintenance guys like Richard and Cesar are very nice. They do job fast and they clean everything after they are done.

We hit a couple bumps in the road at the beginning of our lease, with not having access to the main entrance gate to the property and not having working garage remotes. But everyone has been helpful I've talked with Melanie, Yulissa and most recently Ashely M. The property I currently live in encountered a plumbing issue and Ashley has really gone out of her way to give me updates and answer all my questions with a great attitude, and has set everything up to ensure the job gets done as soon as possible. Thank you Ashley for such great customer service! Can't forget to mention Austin from the maintenance team, thanks Austin!
