In today’s world, it’s possible that your renters will leave a review for your business in one of three places online: Facebook, Google or Yelp since these are the most common websites people use for leaving reviews and learning more about businesses.  

To ensure that you have a good “presence” on these websites you should spend at least 1 hour by creating a unique profile on each site. Doing this will ensure nobody will be able to create a fake profile to slander your business name online. 

Once you have profiles created you will be notified every time someone reviews your business online.  

Another huge benefit of creating business profiles on websites like Google My Business is that you will have more clout with Google when it comes to getting negative reviews removed especially if those reviews were posted by people who are only out to damage your business. 

If you don’t create a business profile on any of the sites mentioned above, you should at the very least create a calendar reminder for yourself to google your business name every 30 days to see if any inaccurate information is being reported about you online.
