Mixing the two can cause problems: a City notice or payment form is not a court filing, and a court form does not settle a City relocation requirement.

Use the Oregon court source for a court case
The City program does not replace Oregon court paperwork. If a matter moves to court, use the Oregon Judicial Department’s current landlord-tenant forms and instructions, then obtain legal advice for the particular facts before proceeding.
