All Financials Tracked & Reported

Managing both expenses and income is all handled by our accounting department with use of your owner web portal. Tenants appreciate the ability to pay rent online, which also decreases delinquency.  All expenses and receipts are tracked online and available to you at any time. A monthly statement includes all financial activity and copies of the bills we paid on your behalf. Your December statement has all of your annual figures for tax purposes. Todos Santos Plaza, a popular gathering place in downtown Concord, is home to a thriving farmers market, free concerts, and restaurants. The industrial Tesoro Golden Eagle Refinery is in the far north, while older residential districts are in the north and east. Southeast Clayton Road is home to 1960s–1970s-era residential subdivisions, whereas Four Corners, in the southwest, is largely a Latino neighborhood. The bordering cities of Pleasant Hill, Pacheco, Walnut Creek, Clayton, Pittsburg, Bay Point, and Clyde are all located in Concord. Although not directly adjacent, Martinez is close by, and the North Concord BART station is frequently referred to as Martinez BART.

Long, hot summers with arid conditions and largely clear skies contrast with brief, chilly, damp, and partly cloudy winters in Concord. The warm season lasts for 4.0 months, from June 7 to October 5, with daily highs averaging over 81°F, reaching their peak in July with an average high of 87°F and a low of 58°F. Between November 25 and February 16, when the average daily high temperature is below 62°F, the cool season lasts for 2.7 months. January has an average low temperature of 41°F and high temperature of 57°F.

How is the transportation in Concord?

The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system, of which Concord was once the eastern end until 1995, is a part of the city's established transit network. Bay Point and Pittsburg have both been added to the BART system, with Antioch to follow. The County Connection provides limited public transportation services within the city and to other county locations, with a focus on buses that travel from the North Concord BART station to Martinez, the county seat. Ygnacio Valley Road, Oak Grove Road, Treat Boulevard, Clayton Road, Concord Avenue, Concord Boulevard, Concord Boulevard, Concord Boulevard, Concord Boulevard, Concord Boulevard, and Willow Pass Road are some of the city's main thoroughfares. The city's transportation network includes Interstate 680 as well as State Routes 4 and 242. In addition, Buchanan Field Airport, a county-owned public airport, is located in Concord. JSX, American Eagle, and PSA, among other airlines, have previously provided nonstop jet service from Buchanan Field Airport to Los Angeles International Airport.
