A posh enclave in Beverly Hills, Trousdale Estates encompasses 410 acres that were primarily constructed under Paul Trousdale's supervision in the 1950s and early 1960s. Trousdale aggressively pursued the land's integration into Beverly Hills after purchasing it from The Doheny Family. Among Trousdale Estates' noteworthy landmarks is the Greystone Mansion, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This wealthy neighborhood is known for being a famous and esteemed place because it is home to several noteworthy locations, such as Beverly Hills High School, Beverly Hills City Hall, and the Beverly Hills Public Library.

The school system in Beverly Hills is managed by the Beverly Hills Unified School District, which includes the two kindergarten-through-fifth-grade schools, Hawthorne and Horace Mann, a middle school called Beverly Vista, and the well-known Beverly Hills High School. In addition, the district is home to Moreno High School, a non-traditional institution that shares a campus with Beverly Hills High School.
