Melinda has been a full-time realtor for 15 years, and in that time has been involved in almost 1,000 transactions. Working as a Director of Sales for a large Orange County real estate team, her vast knowledge of contract requirements, the escrow process and loan products was well utilized in training other less experienced agents for many years, while still handling her own transaction volume. Melinda’s clients find her to be highly knowledgeable, a ‘calm in the storm’, and even a shoulder to lean on. The process of selling or buying a property can be stressful, and Melinda believes in setting clear expectations with her clients, while utilizing every tool available to achieve their desired outcome. She moved her business to Utopia in 2023, and thoroughly enjoys helping Investor/Owners, as well as tenants get the most out of their Real Estate goals. Experienced with 1031 exchanges, Delaware Investment Trusts, and other financial investment vehicles, she brings a solid background to bear in helping all her clients realize their dreams and plans.
