Also located on the property is a storage shed. The property is over 1/3 of an acre and has no garage, but a very spacious driveway with room for at least four cars. Any new resident must feel comfortable with mountain living, which can mean power outages, gutter clearing (frequently) and dealing with dropping tree needles and branches – lot needs to be kept clear.

We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.

We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
