• $1,750.00 Security Deposit (Due within application fees)
• $1,750.00 Rent (Due the 1st of each month, pro-rated rent second month based on move in date)
• $35 Pet Application fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is $50.00 per pet for the duration of the lease term.
• A one-time administrative fee of 20% of the first month’s rent or $400.00 (whichever is less) is due at move in along with the pro-rated/first month’s rent.
• 5% of the monthly rent Late Fee policy if rent or any portion thereof not received by the fourth calendar day of the month.
