The kitchen offers a dual island with granite counters, built-in appliances, white euro cabinets, a large walk-in pantry and is open to the family room with a second fireplace and more pool views. The second level includes the primary suite with retreat and private en-suite w/bathroom, a walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub with large picture window and a walk-in closet. The two secondary bedrooms are spacious and share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom (each bedroom has direct bathroom access). The house also includes a whole house fan (zone controlled) and solar as well as gardening and weekly pool service.
