Palm Springs and the desert communities have a long history of a fun in the sun weekend and vacation destination. With the weather, Coachella Fest, Stage Coast, Polo, Tennis and all of the festivals in town, people know about this vacation spot. But not everyone who comes to the desert comes for a long weekend or a vacation. We have several great clients who want to come to the desert and try it before committing to a move here full time, and Utopia is ready to fit that need! In the desert we have a select few properties that are move in ready for traveling nurses, doctors and or family ‘s wanting to try the desert. Great way to try our beautiful climate, and desert cities. Consider the desert for more than your next vacation, this could be your forever home in a beautiful sunshiny spot!
