Pierpont Bay is a popular residential area sitting in between San Buenaventura State Beach and Ventura Harbor. Pierpont also offers a small retail district along Seaward Avenue, and of course, public beaches.

Olivas Adobe

Sitting adjacent to the Olivas Park Golf Course, Olivas Adobe is one of the most highly visited historical sites on the central Pacific Coast. The Adobe is an old California-Rancho-styled home that is now operated as a performing arts venue and museum. You can see demonstrations of Rancho life, living history reenactments, and ghost story presentations. The courtyard holds a summer music event featuring a variety of performances of all genres, from country to blues and jazz.
