Tip 3 – Secure Doors and Windows
While childproofing your rental property, you should also child proof doors and windows as well just to ensure that a baby or toddler cannot open them on their own.

Tip 5 – Set the Water Heater No Higher Than 120 Degrees Fahrenheit

Doing this will ensure that a young child will not accidentally burn themselves if they are left near the bathtub or water faucet unattended.
