We also look at this property to determine the price point that is going to get it rented, while making you the maximum amount of money.
We advertise this home to the rental market using traditional and online methods to ensure that we reach the greatest number of applicants that are interested in this home. We may take pictures and post these online, while also arranging for people to see this home in person.
Once applications start to roll in for the property, we also handle finding the perfect tenant. We will look at their past rental history, their credit rating and even conduct a background check to ensure that this is the person who should be living in your home.
After the tenant has moved into the home, we handle the day to day handling of the property. This may mean collecting rent when this is due, arranging for repairs or maintenance to be made and the like.
