All people that enter a property listed for rent or sale by Utopia Management need to adhere to the following rules:

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover while viewing the property
  • Avoid close contact with others. Stay at least 6 feet from other people. Refrain from touching handles, switches, pulls etc.
  • Wash hands or use Hand Sanitizer before viewing property
