Managing both expenses and income is all handled by our accounting department with use of your owner web portal. Tenants appreciate the ability to pay rent online, which also decreases delinquency.  All expenses and receipts are tracked online and available to you at any time. A monthly statement includes all financial activity and copies of the bills we paid on your behalf. Your December statement has all of your annual figures for tax purposes. Where is Carson located?

Situated in the Harbor area of Los Angeles, 13 miles south of the city's downtown, and roughly 14 miles from LAX airport, Carson is a city in Los Angeles County, California, in the United States. Compton borders Carson to the north, West Rancho Dominguez to the southwest, Rancho Dominguez and Long Beach to the southeast, and West Carson to the southwest. Carson is 19.0 square miles in size, according to the US Census Bureau. Its land area is 18.7 square miles, while its water area is 0.2 square miles, or 1.29%.

What is the average climate in Carson?

Similar to the Los Angeles Basin, Carson has a warm-summer Mediterranean climate (Köppen climatic classification Csb), with notably milder summertime temperatures because of the neighboring Pacific Ocean. Carson experiences little summer rainfall, but enough annual precipitation to prevent Köppen's BSh (semi-arid climate). Like many coastal communities in Southern California, Carson experiences "June Gloom," a late spring/early summer weather phenomena that begins with cloudy or foggy morning skies and give way to sunshine by early afternoon.

What are the educational options in Carson?

Carson is home to several high schools, including Carson High School, Rancho Dominguez Preparatory School near Long Beach, and Banning High School in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles. Carson is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Under the Magnolia Public Schools network, Magnolia Science Academy-3 is a public span school that serves grades 6 through 12. It is located in Carson. Plans to build a Ganas Academy charter school campus at the location of Catskill Avenue Elementary School were announced in 2019, but the proposal was opposed. Interestingly, although the California Academy of Mathematics and Science is part of the Long Beach Unified School District, it also accepts students from other districts, including parts of the Los Angeles Unified School District that serve Carson. It is situated on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills.

How is the transportation in Carson?

In order to provide local transportation and connections to other bus and rail transit services, such as the Los Angeles Metro A Line at the Del Amo Station, Carson ran the Carson Circuit bus prior to the start of the COVID-19 epidemic. March 28, 2020 saw a temporary suspension of this service; nevertheless, Dial-A-Ride remained available. Long Beach Transit launched three new routes in Carson on September 26, 2021, in an effort to improve the availability of transportation alternatives. After that, the Carson Circuit was reopened on January 3, 2022, with two updated routes. Furthermore, it is important to remember that the Pacific Electric Long Beach Line once provided service to the city.
