We make property care of any kind effortless, handling everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.  With an in-house staff of technicians (under general contractor’s license #792427), we are able to complete rent-ready repairs as well as regular and 24-hour emergency maintenance in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We’ve also developed a long history and established relationships with preferred specialized vendors.  With each incident, we are able to choose between our in-house team or contract with one of our vendors. This flexibility insures that our clients are receiving the best possible price, often at lower than market rate.

DETAILED ACCOUNTING RECORDS

In December, accounting statements also include a full annual report of activity and figures to aid in tax preparations.
