We have studio, one bed/1 bath, 2 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/1.5 bath, and 2 bed/2 bath units. Square footage varies. Pets allowed for a deposit of $300 for small dogs and $325 for cats. $50/mo pet rent. Garbage included in rent. Water/Sewer paid by tenant through RUBS Program. Electricity bill paid by tenant.

All units are non-smoking units. Some units are in buildings with parking garages and elevators. Some units have patios or balconies. Please verify with management for each unit.
