Best Unit at Willmore – I would consider this the best unit at the Wilmore for its location, on the 10th 10th floor, 20 second walk away from a large beautiful lounge with its own wifi, Fr those that work from home or like some elbow room when reading or on your laptop. A 30second walk away is an amazing rooftop patio area, where you can get some fresh air, while overlooking Long Beach harbor. This unit will not last very long. Lots of storage. Very Nice, cozy studio located on the 10th floor of the gorgeous Willmore. Great city views. Full bath, separate make-up (or office) area, full kitchen, large living-bedroom. Hardwood floors, refrigerator and stove, lots of storage (several large closets.) Laundry room, bike storage room, in the basement. It’s close to the beach and the new city library, a couple of blocks from shopping, restaurants and theaters on Pine Ave. and The Pike, close to freeways and public transportation. The building is secure – entry with a special key-fob, building manager on-site. There is a beautiful panoramic common area on the top floor and a rooftop for the use of residents. There’s a waiting-list for parking in the building (not included in rent).
