The kitchen has just been updated with new countertops, plumbing fixtures and appliances, including an induction range/oven, full-sized refrigerator, and apartment-sized dishwasher. A full-sized, stacking washer/dryer is located in a closet directly of the living room. The large bedroom gets lots of light from a sliding glass door that opens onto a semi-private sitting area. It has a large closet and a second gas stove. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, new plumbing fixtures, a large vanity, and a heated towel warmer. The tenant is responsible for PG&E, water, and sewer, billed monthly through the online portal. The monthly bills are based on actual usage, but for a single occupancy, you should expect approx. $300 per month. Parking on the gated property is included in the rent.
