Another main benefit of blogging is that it can be relatively low-cost. All you need to do is hire a writer, or you can even write blog posts yourself. If you’re on a tight budget, this can be an affordable way to buff up your website.

Disadvantages of Blogging

The most important consideration to make is that without other SEO techniques, blogging may not be worth the hassle. To fully reap the benefits of the blog pages you create, it’s best to partner them with other strategies such as linkbuilding in order to really boost the chances that your target audience comes across your site. Without some form of advertisement or domain authority, a rental blog will simply remain buried under mountains of other blog posts and real estate articles. Additionally, if you aren’t trying any other strategies, there are other ways to improve your website’s traffic that may be a more effective place to start than a blog.
