All Financials Tracked & Reported

Managing both expenses and income is all handled by our accounting department with use of your owner web portal. Tenants appreciate the ability to pay rent online, which also decreases delinquency.  All expenses and receipts are tracked online and available to you at any time. A monthly statement includes all financial activity and copies of the bills we paid on your behalf. Your December statement has all of your annual figures for tax purposes. If you ever have questions regarding your statement, you can contact one of our helpful accounting staff members.

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains in the U.S. state of California, Bel Air is a residential area on the Westside of Los Angeles. While typical low temperatures range from 47 °F (8 °C) in January to 62 °F (17 °C) in July, average high temperatures are roughly 67 °F (19 °C) in January to 84 °F (29 °C) in August. With an average of 19.20 inches (488 mm) of precipitation per year, Bel Air's summers are mainly dry and warm with little to no rainfall throughout the winter.

Of Bel Air's population 25 years of age and older, 66.1% had a four-year degree in 2000. Local public schools, such as Roscomare Road Elementary School and Community Magnet Charter Elementary School, are administered by the Los Angeles Unified School District. Because of its admissions process, Bel Air residents usually don't go to the latter. The neighborhood's zoned elementary schools are Warner Avenue Elementary School and Roscomare Road. The neighborhood is served by Westwood's Emerson Middle School and West Los Angeles' University High School. The Bellagio Road Newcomer School for immigrants was also formerly located in Bel Air. The American Jewish University is located in Bel Air, and there are numerous private educational options. South of the community is the University of California, Los Angeles.

Yes, there certainly are. Bel Air is home to the Hannah Carter Japanese Garden. It was influenced by Kyoto's gardens. Numerous buildings in the garden, including the shrine, bridges, garden house, and main gate, were constructed in Japan and then assembled on location. The five-tiered pagoda, water basins, lanterns, antique stone carvings, and important symbolic rocks are all imported from Japan.
