Serving All of Troutdale

Since 1994, Utopia Management has provided highly-rated property management services along the West Coast of the United States. With humble beginnings in Southern California, we have grown at a steady rate to develop proprietary programs such as our Utopia Referral Base tenant screening service. Instead of relying on standard property marketing strategies, we reward our outstanding tenants that give us referrals to friends, family members, and professional peers. The Utopia Referral Base program improves your tenant retention rate, which means a more stable rental income and fewer hassles dealing with evictions.

Our large network of apartments, commercial properties, and single-family residences keeps our team of real estate experts updated on the latest trends of every market that we serve. What works operationally in Chula Vista, California might not have the same success in East Portland, Oregon. When you look for a company to manage one or more of your properties, you want to work with a partner that knows how to adapt to rapidly changing real estate changes in every property sector.

Gain the peace of mind you deserve, as well as free up more time to invest in more properties, by hiring Utopia Management as your property management partner.

THOROUGH TENANT SCREENING AND LESS THAN 1% EVICTION RATE

Placing the right tenant is the single most important step in rental management. Our applicant screening includes income, rental history, employment, and eviction search to evaluate for potential delinquency issues. We verify identification, social security cards and pay stubs, along with contacting prior landlords for recommendations, keeping the delinquency rate to a minimum. Our thorough screening process for potential tenants has consistently kept our eviction rate at less than one percent.

Utopia also provides our owners with the optional “Utopia® Eviction Protection Program” for further peace of mind.  As a management company, we have many procedures in place to assist in the elimination of potential liabilities.

  • Exceptional property protection options for owners.
  • Preparation, delivery, and execution of legal documentation for evictions.
  • Optional “Utopia Eviction Protection Program” for additional peace of mind.
