All Financials Tracked & Reported

Managing both expenses and income is all handled by our accounting department with use of your owner web portal. Tenants appreciate the ability to pay rent online, which also decreases delinquency.  All expenses and receipts are tracked online and available to you at any time. A monthly statement includes all financial activity and copies of the bills we paid on your behalf. Your December statement has all of your annual figures for tax purposes. If you ever have questions regarding your statement, you can contact one of our helpful accounting staff members.

Where is The Peninsula located?

The Pacific Ocean and the bay are divided by the San Francisco Peninsula, which is a part of the San Francisco Bay Area. It stretches from the southernmost point in Mountain View, Santa Clara County, to the northernmost point in the City and County of San Francisco. It is mostly in San Mateo County and includes the following towns and cities: Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, East Palo Alto, El Granada, Foster City, Hillsborough, Half Moon Bay, La Honda, Loma Mar, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Pescadero, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside. The San Andreas Fault created the northern Santa Cruz Mountains, which run along the center line of the Peninsula. The heavily populated east side of the mountains forms a commuter area between San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

How is the transportation in The Peninsula?

The Peninsula has excellent transportation and road connections. Important thoroughfares including Interstate 280, U.S. Route 101, State Routes 1, 82, and 92, as well as important bridges like the Golden Gate and San Mateo-Hayward, run through the area. Important north-south highways include Skyline Boulevard, Interstate 280, and El Camino Real. In addition to Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Caltrain is the main passenger rail service that links Mountain View and San Francisco. The primary commercial airport is San Francisco International Airport, to which BART offers easy access. Bus services are offered by SamTrans and SFMTA's Muni.

The San Francisco Peninsula is home to several famous landmarks, such as the historic Crocker Mansion, Hillsborough's Carolands Mansion, Daly City's Cow Palace, and the former Bay Meadows Racecourse in San Mateo (demolished in 2008). Other attractions in the vicinity include the Crystal Springs Reservoir, the CuriOdyssey museum in San Mateo, the Meta Platforms international headquarters in Menlo Park, the Filoli estate and gardens in Woodside, the Frenchman's Tower in Palo Alto, and the Mountain View location of Google Inc.
