Tip #1 – Stage Your Empty Rental Property

One of the biggest problems that most landlords face with their rental listings is that their pictures show empty rooms with precision vacuumed carpet and most prospective renters will not know what those spaces should be used for.

Instead of taking pictures of empty bedrooms you should rent furniture for a weekend and stage your rental property just so prospective renters can see how space should be used and envision themselves living there.
